Kerbside Delivery Notice
We generally provide craned "kerbside" delivery. Our drivers are responsible for ensuring a safe and lawful delivery, but we cannot guarantee door-to-door service for all goods. For more details, visit our delivery page.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are delivered within 7 working days. As per our terms in busier periods may take longer but we will be sure to communicate any change. Bespoke items may take longer for example sheds, custom fence panels, gates standard and custom. If you’d like to confirm timelines before placing an order, feel free to contact us.
Order Process: What to Expect
Step 1: Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. (Please ensure your email is correct to avoid missing important updates. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.) Alternatively, take note of your order number for future reference.
Please note, the order confirmation is not an invoice. Our accounts team will process your order and generate an invoice, which you’ll receive within a few working days after delivery.
Step 2: Personal Follow-Up
We’ll personally reach out to you after receiving your order—usually via email, but occasionally by phone.
During this contact, we’ll confirm the order and notify you of any delays or issues. If no delays are mentioned, you can expect your goods within 7 working days.
Orders placed over the weekend or late in the day may only receive confirmation on the next working day.

Step 3: Delivery of Goods
Unless a specific date or delivery instruction is provided, depending on the goods they will be delivered even if no one is available to attend the delivery smaller valuable consignments via courier will require customer to be present.
🚚 Kerbside Delivery Only:
Our drivers are insured to provide kerbside delivery only. For health and safety reasons, they cannot carry heavy items beyond the kerbside delivery.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in your order notes or call us before delivery. Occasionally, a representative may contact you on the day of delivery to confirm, though this is not guaranteed.
